These Seitan Schnitzels are delicious for lunch on a sandwich with lettuce and vegan mayo. Or treat your self to a full Viennese dinner of schnitzel, potato salad, sauerkraut and cranberry sauce. Bake, grill or fry them. These are the perfect replacement for a chicken schnitzel.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:Cook in a pan with a drop of oil on a medium heat until hot all the way through, turn regularly until lightly brown on both sides. Over cooking will toughen the schnitzel.
This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported Ingredients: Gluten flour (66%), nutritional yeast, miso (soybeans, water, rice, salt) (5%),tahini (3%), paprika, onion, garlic, unbleached wheat flour, vegan bread crumbs, white pepper.
